I have forgotten my password - how can I access my account?

Answer

If you forget your password, you can have a reminder sent to your email address. There is a link near to where you would normally log in, which says "lost password?" Enter your email address into this box and you will be sent a reminder of your password to your email address.

However, please be aware that we can only send a password reminder to you if you have previously registered with us. If you have not registered with us and created as password, we will not be in a position to send you a reminder of something that does not exist.
